For example, if your computer isn’t working properly or your internet connection is faltering. Or if you want to replace your computer with a new machine. We supply all top-quality hardware and software brands (new and refurbished).

We offer free advice, discussing various options with you so you always feel confident about your upcoming purchase.

From Windows to Apple, or vice versa

But it doesn’t stop there. If we may deliver your new computer, we will transfer all your old data (letters, photos, emails, etc.) from the old to the new computer.

Even if you want to switch from Windows to Apple or vice versa.

All ordered hardware is carefully inspected first and then fully installed. Your old or new software is installed and updated.

Everything will be fully connected.

If you wish, everything will be completely connected to existing equipment such as printers, etc., and we will not leave until everything is working; completely installed and equipped with all drivers, updates, service packs, and (of course) your old data.

So you can get to work right away, in the way you’re used to.

With our Remote Assistance service (TeamViewer), we can solve computer problems for you without needing to visit you in person, if you wish. This saves costs and is very convenient. Ideal for when small issues arise or if, for example, you have received an email that you do not trust. You call us and schedule an appointment for us to call you back and assist you remotely.

This service fully respects your privacy and is in accordance with our strict privacy policy. We can never just “peek” at your screen; a clear consent procedure is always required first. You always determine when and for how long you use the service.
